Capstone

My capstone exam is Monday Oct 12th at 11 am. I have been studying for the two examination essays and editing my thesis proposal constantly. Savannah, my supervisor, is very understanding of this situation and supportive. I haven’t gotten much done for the museum. I will be resuming my work on the app and the tours starting Tuesday.

I don’t have 400 more words to say on the situation other than that the staff at the Polk County History Center feels like a family or tight knit group. They are a small staff compared to larger cities, but they manage to get a lot done and they allow me to drop in and out without any issues. They have all wished me luck and seem genuinely interested in my success in the M.A. program.

Starting Tuesday, with a clear mind, I will make sure to devote the majority of time to getting this app up and running by the end of the month so it can be soft launched by Christmas when the snowbirds show up.
